James A. (Jim) Fitzhenry, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman

Jim is a business owner, investor and corporate executive with significant experience both public and private companies and serving in both federal and state government. Jim spent eight years as EVP, President, CEO and Director of Schmitt Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: SMIT), and 15 years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at FLIR Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLIR)..     

Jim worked on the White House staff for President George H.W. Bush and in the US Senate as Legislative Director and Legal Counsel for U.S. Senator Mark O. Hatfield.  He has also served in Oregon State Government as Deputy State Treasurer and practiced law in Portland.  Raised in Oregon, he received his B.A. from the University of Oregon, his JD and MBA degrees from Willamette University and post graduate course work in business and finance from The Warton School and the Stanford Executive Institute.

Jack Cornelius, President and Co-Founder

30+ years' experience as inventor, founder and leader with startups and in large companies rolling out new products & technologies. Jack produced over 40 issued patents on Abom Optics technology and continues to contribute to Abom's Intellectual Property portfolio. 

Bryan Greer, VP Operations

VP of Operations

Over 25 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, including Inventory and Operational Planning (S&OP / SIOP) driving results for fortune 100 and start-up company environments improving customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and operational effectiveness.

Jim Horswill, VP Finance

30+ years experience in finance roles in private and public companies

Vince O'Malley, Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer; 20+ years’ experience in engineering, design & product development, and technology management and leadership.  Primary electronics designer for Abom.

Wyatt Mosley, Engineering Manager

Mr. Mosley completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2017 and his Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oregon in 2018.

Ashley Stevens, Administration & Operations Associate

Ashley Stevens helps in a multitude of ways, including answering customer questions, taking and coordinating orders, and most importantly, making sure there are plenty of snacks in the break room.
